The "Envelope Recorder" as it name says, it's built from a cardboard dvd/cd envelope from the Container Store. All I did was to recreate the circuit on a bigger breadboard, having space for all my buttons, speaker and LED. The process was pretty straight forward. The area of the buttons, LED, speaker and jack were marked and then cut out from the box. To secure the components on the inside, I used some sticky back velcro, this way it's secured but it can be taken out. I used electricity tape to color code the buttons and the inner cables. For the audio jack, I used the nut that comes with it, and this way I secured it on the outside of the box. The box, is closed with the back sticky velcro as well, to open it really easy.
