PANDA-Z: Panda-Z is a Japanese character created by "Go Devilman Nagai." Produced by MegaHouse Corporation which part of Bandai Group. Although, the plush toy that I found is made from Banpresto. Panda Z is basically a hybrid of a Panda with the old famous anime Mazinger Z.
I found this designer toy at Tokyo Toys on St.Marks. Their store is pretty impressive. The plush is pretty large. I find the quality a bit low but it still looks adorable. I say so because rather than dying pigments onto the plush it was painted on. I'm not sure if this Panda-Z is electronic. I assume so because you can turn the head. I think its supposed to vibrate or do something. Its probably out of batteries. Despite funky 360 degree head turn Panda-Z is awesome.
